About me.
SRE / DevOps from Kraków. I keep production calm by day and break things in my homelab by night.
I've spent 11+ years in enterprise IT and about 15 hands-on with infrastructure. For the last five I've run production for a global KYC compliance platform — CI/CD, observability, incident response and the occasional 3 a.m. rollback. In parallel I lead a small remote engineering team in HealthTech.
When I find a technology interesting, I go all in until I understand the whole tool, suite or process.
Homelab
A rack at home with a NAS, a self-hosted GitLab with CI/CD and a container registry, my own OIDC provider, an LLM gateway and a dozen services — plus a WebSDR receiver that my cats keep trying to dismantle.
Off the clock
- ML and AI workflows: training language and voice models, generating images, an AI-driven series.
- AVR and microcontrollers; soldering iron in hand, I repair and recap retro hardware.
- Retro collection: a working Amiga 600, Atari 2600, Commodore 64 and newer consoles.
- A bit of guitar and bass.
- Four cats and a dog who fill every spare minute.
